A great way to remind yourself to get up and walk around is to set a timer. Many computers have timers built into their software. You may also utilize various mobile apps. During your breaks, you should get away from the computer screen. Go for a walk around the building, or if you can’t leave, simply step into the hall and walk there. This set time of allowing you to stretch your legs and get the blood flowing is a great way to stay active.
