Orchard Hills Athletic Club prides itself on providing our members with a complete and personalized wellness consultation. We feel that providing you with one-on-one attention is the best way to get you started towards meeting your personal goals. Whether it’s losing weight, toning muscle, improving your court skills, or just wanting to become more energetic and feel better, we can give you the tools to change your life.
Your consultation is designed to help us develop a plan of how you can best use Orchard Hills Athletic Club to achieve your fitness goals.
First, we will review information you provide and then progress to a series of assessments designed to give us a clear picture of your current fitness level and exercise knowledge. During your first appointment, we will provide you with an accurate analysis of your body. We will determine your caloric needs for weight loss or make recommendations on nutrient timing for sports specific training. From here, we develop an appropriate workout plan that will decrease fat and increase lean muscle mass. We also screen for pre-existing medical conditions, current medications and injuries, and modify workout and nutrition plans accordingly.
At the conclusion of your 30-minute appointment, your consultant will recommend which of our fitness programs and services will best meet your needs to achieve your goals as effectively and safely as possible.
In addition, we offer a Quarterly Consultation which is an opportunity for new and existing members to create sustainable lifestyle changes. Our consultants can provide you with the latest information on health related fitness.

Personal Training Studio
Our Personal Training Studio is available for use to all of our personal trainers and their clients during their session. It may also be reserved by members for $10 per hour by contacting the front desk at (978) 537 8387.

All of our Personal Training Coaches meet nationally recognized certification standards for fitness, safety, and health, and are trained in CPR.
ProFitness is a unique professional fitness club service that offers members an initial in depth fitness consultation that includes cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, body composition testing, blood pressure, body measurements, muscular endurance testing as well as a lifestyle assessment. A personalized program is then designed specifically for you based on your results to help you achieve your maximum health and fitness goals.
