With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, I have trained individulas of all ages and abilities. I believe strength, flexibility and endurance can be improved with the correct movement patterns. Once this is achieved, we can tackle goals of strength, weight loss, or just feeling better in our every day lives. I want to know all of my clients' stories, and empower, motivate and excite them to be fulfilled by the gift of fitness!
