Zach Amore-Hopkins
Fitness is not only a hobby for me, but a passion, priority and lifestyle. Since my journey began 6 years ago, I have encountered several injuries and setbacks that I have had to work through largely on my own. While life can be unpredictable, I find solace in the one constant that I am in control of - and that is pursuing physical fitness. Physical fitness can look different for many people and I find great fulfillment in helping others reach it. It brings me joy to help others develop healthier movement, gain strength, mobility and balance, lose weight, and develop strong foundations that serve their overall quality of life, regardless of age, size, or where they are in their fitness journey. Lastly, I have never had a coach or trainer in my fitness career, and I know that there are endless myths and bits of misinformation online regarding fitness. If I had someone helping me in my journey, providing me the correct knowledge and information, I can only imagine how much faster my progress would have been from the start. This is what I hope to provide to my clients.
