Ryan Barry
Fitness Director
Ryan has a passion for helping people reach their goals and potential. He has worked with every type of athlete from Youth to the collegiate level, Adults, and Professional Athletes. He prides himself on being able to adapt his workouts to the individual needs of each client.
As a former two-sport college athlete, college football coach, and director of strength and conditioning coach at the collegiate level, he was able to understand and implement what was expected from the athletes to be able to compete at a very high level.
Prior to joining Orchard Hills, Ryan was a Fitness Director for several big box gyms as well as smaller sports performance facilities. He has been working in the fitness industry for over 10 years.
Ryan Is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise. He has specialty certifications in sports conditioning, fitness nutrition, corrective exercise, functional training as well as posture, performance and mobility.
